Answers for price search, lists, and account access
Account access
Sign in at vynnapp.com with your account email and password. If you can’t sign in, use password reset or email support@vynnapp.com.
Password reset
Request a password reset from the sign-in screen. The link in your email takes you to a page where you can set a new password.
Grocery search
Search by product name, or look up a barcode, to compare available prices by Canadian retailer. Unit prices make different sizes easier to compare, and you can filter to nearby stores using your postal code. Prices and promotions can change, so confirm the final price with the retailer before purchase.
AI assistants and Muse
If Vynn Grocery Prices is available in your AI assistant, select it and sign in with your free Vynn account. Sign-in is required for every lookup. No Vynn+ plan or API key is needed. You can ask about a product or barcode using a Canadian city or postal code. Results show available prices, which may differ at checkout, and include a link to continue in Vynn. Availability in Muse depends on Meta’s connector review.
Technical details for connector reviewers
Muse uses the read-only MCP endpoint https://api.vynn.ai/consumer/mcp/muse with OAuth authorization code and PKCE, scope prices:read. The tools are search_products and lookup_product. OAuth discovery starts at https://api.vynn.ai/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/consumer/mcp/muse. Contact hello@vynnapp.com to coordinate an end-to-end connection test during rollout.
Shopping list
Add items to your list as you search and Vynn keeps them organized by department with a running estimated total. Your list is stored in your browser on this device.
The Fall 2026 mobile app
Vynn for iOS and Android includes camera barcode scanning, nearby stock information, price comparison by Canadian retailer, dietary and allergy-aware results, nutrition facts, a cart nutrition score, synced offline lists, recipe import, Siri and Google Assistant support, and smart restock reminders.
